Cycle Explosion: Ridge Fitness' Indoor Cycling program is fun and focused. High intensity cycling focuses on interval work with short bouts of steady state heart rate.

Power Yoga: Come flex your mental and physical muscles at Ridge Fitness Power Yoga! A one‐hour Baptiste Style Vinyasa Class that will help center your mind after those crazy work days and tone your tush. Baptiste flow incorporates deep breathing, Vinyasa or flowing movement, building heat (in other words, sweating) and finding new mental and physical edges. It's a great workout and a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Boot‐Camp: The Boot‐Camp Classes at Ridge Fitness are designed for people of all fitness levels. As hard or as low impact as you want it, the Boot‐Camp classes are designed for semi‐private instruction. This allows individuals to work around a specific injury or address a certain goal. The Class is a full body workout with cardio intervals mixed in, come try it out.

Our classes are open to members and non‐members, so feel free to sign up for a drop‐in to try one out, and bring a friend along too.
