Armed with over a decade of experience as a fitness professional and her witty personality, Michelle draws upon her involvement in triathlon, yoga, gymnastics, strength and functional training, snowboarding, running and even circus arts to design innovative programs that are dynamic, motivational, fun and challenging. Michelle provides a uniquely supportive and educational environment — one that allows you to laugh as you sweat. Extremely goal-oriented herself, she firmly believes in using sport and exercise as a path to success and empowerment.

An avid cyclist and explorer, Michelle has traveled abroad extensively but loves her Mt. Baker Ridge neighborhood the best. She also appreciates sitting still in coffee shops reading and chatting, but mostly adores playing with her dog, Denny.

Along with a degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, Michelle holds a certification as a Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and has studied Triathlon Coaching with USATriathlon.
