With many exciting and dynamic group exercise classes to choose from, we promise you’ll sweat AND have fun!

Our classes are open to members and non‐members, so feel free to sign up for a drop‐in to try one out, and bring a friend along too.

 

 

Boxing/Kickboxing

This well-rounded fitness-based boxing/kickboxing class teaches the fundamentals of the Sweet Science (Boxing) and kickboxing while also helping you get in fantastic shape. The class also incorporates yoga flow to improve your mobility; classic weight training to improve your posture and resistance to injury; and metabolic conditioning to increase aerobic capacity and keep you toned. All experience levels welcome.

Cycle TRX

Combination of high intensity cycling and body suspension/resistance exercises performed on the TRX.

Scot’s Bootcamp

Our 60 minute total body metabolic strength training workout utilizes strategic athletic programming to effectively maximize your time for guaranteed results.  Our Bootcamp style provides a personal training feel in a larger group environment.  All are welcome.

 Tuesday @ 6pm

Scot’s Cycle Conditioning

Our 60 min indoor cycling workout incorporates drills to target your entire body.  The stationay bike is your vehicle for a low-impact, high-intensity training workout. you can take it at your pace or go all out.  All you have to do is show up have fun and give it your best.

Everybody’s Bootcamp

A class dedicated to engage the whole body, involving indoor and outdoor activities. Bring a positive attitude and leave with a great workout.
