With many exciting and dynamic group exercise classes to choose from, we promise you’ll sweat AND have fun!

Our classes are open to members and non‐members, so feel free to sign up for a drop‐in to try one out, and bring a friend along too.

 

 

Everybody’s Bootcamp

A class dedicated to engage the whole body, involving indoor and outdoor activities. Bring a positive attitude and leave with a great workout.

Yoga For Everybody

This Class is for all levels, it’s dedicated to undo and unwind the days stresses.  You’ll leave with your mind and body reset for the week..

Wednesday @ 5pm

Low Impact Exercises & Functional Stretching

This class offers 25 minutes of low impact bodyweight and dumbbell exercises combined with 25 minutes of stretching
